In today's episode I am joined with Pastor Michael Scobey, Michael is lead past of a new church plat in The Woodlands Texas. He holds many titles in his life, from brother, husband, father, creative, sales lead, worship leader, coach, and pastor. But a unique title is a self-proclaimed “fake Cajun” because he was born in Louisiana, but the only way you’d know it is his love for LSU.

From Haughton, LA, Michael turned down a full-ride music scholarship to pursue the ministry calling that he felt in his life. He has been in ministry with stops in Louisiana, Illinois, Mississippi, and Texas for almost 20 years already. In the fall of 2019, he and his wife Carmen moved to The Woodlands, TX, and planted Vibrant Church. Nearly three years in, their church is healthy and thriving.

On top of pastoring Vibrant, Michael has a natural gift for coaching other leaders and pastors all over the nation. He is on calls weekly, helping them walk through life and ministry, pastoring them with the same love and encouragement that he pastors his church. And if that wasn’t enough, he also works for a marketing company called ChiroCandy, where he leads the sales team and manages client accounts. Talk about a high-capacity leader.

In this episode we talk about

Launching a church during the pandemic

Keys to walking through the wilderness

Deconstruction

The power of a mentor

...and much more!

You can learn more about Vibrant Church Here!

and follow Michael on Instagram

Do you have questions about faith, email Michael: [email protected]

Vibrate University's website is under construction, get updates here Here!

Follow us on IG: Here

Sign up for our newsletter: Here

Get your copy of "Discover your ideal customer!"
