In Episode four we are back in our studio at 42Workspace in the heart of Rotterdam, and we welcome another hero of the local ecosystem turned international entrepreneur: Esther O'Callaghan. Esther, who started her career selling records at a music shop, moved on to owning her own record shop in Manchester and was a successful DJ in the early 2000's.
