「45度角的天空」是一種思考的獨特角度，2014年立法院三讀通過身心障礙者權利公約施行法，保障障礙者的生活基本權利，也攸關環境中每個人的自由移動與生活品質，在這環境中，當齊頭式的環境排除了部分、因無法使用環境資源而感到困難的人，都可能成為環境中的障礙者。本節目與國家人權委員會合作，邀請不同障別的障礙者，從障礙觀點、性別角度，聊生活，也讓社會大眾透收聽不同議題的討論，了解環境的改善並不是對障礙者的憐憫，而是障礙者本該具有的基本生活權利。 本節目為國家人權委員會廣告，台灣障礙女性平權連線、漢聲廣播電臺聯合製播。漢聲廣播電臺每週日11:00-12:00全國調頻網首播。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/" target="_blank">SoundOn</a>
