今天要來跟大家分享一本書「心靈能量-藏在身體裡的大智慧」，他的作者是大衛霍金斯，他是一位精神科醫師也是為心理學家，他生命中有很神奇的靈性經驗，他得了一種罕見疾病，在呼喚神之後，開始得到療癒，進入到一種無我的狀態，跟神跟大我、無限的愛連結在一起，他的身體不僅被修復了，他也療癒了來找他的病患，一個眼神深刻的接觸，一個心念的傳遞，這些病患忽然間就擺脫了痛苦。然而一次幫助一位病人大衛霍金斯，覺得太有限了，後來他就開始去找尋找一個能解釋所有人類病痛、心靈痛苦的方法。最後他找到了肌肉動力學，並將人類的意識從1~1000劃分了不同的等級。 認識這個意識等級，能幫助我們自己了解自己處於什麼樣的位置，如果想要生活中變得美好，就要努力的往高頻意識去發展，高低頻的分水嶺是意識層級200的勇氣，網路上有不少的文章在介紹這本書，這裡我這就用聲音來與大家分享。
