<p>Do you think maintaining a positive attitude is important? Even in the face of aging? On this week's episode Faye and Sheila share their experiences with keeping a positive attitude while aging, finding and appreciating all the little (and big) joys, and sharing that joy with those you love the most. </p> <p>Living in the present and being content in your own company are some of the most important aspects of staying positive while aging.
