<p>刻板及重複性高的行為和狹隘的興趣愛好是在精神疾病診斷與統計手冊 （DSM-5）中斷定自閉症譜系的兩大核心障礙之一。在這個範圍內有四項特質。得到自閉症的診斷，必須滿足其中的兩項。</p> <ol> <li><p>重複性高的肢體動作</p> </li> <li><p>堅持一致性，對於改變難以接受</p> </li> <li><p>狹隘和重複性高的興趣和愛好，過分專注一個主題上。</p> </li> <li><p>感官感受的過多，或過少</p> </li> </ol> <p>自閉症人士的這些特質，會帶來一定程度的舒適感。但有時候這些特質也會在生活上造成不變或情緒的起伏。這一集，我們將會討論到以下重點：</p> <ol> <li><p>什麼是自閉症譜系上所謂的 “刻板” 或 “重複“ 行為？不是每個孩子都會有表面行為動作上的重複。有些孩子的刻板會表現在認知，和固執的思考上。</p> </li> <li><p>刻板重複行為對自閉症譜系上的孩子，有什麼特殊功能和意義嗎？</p> </li> <li><p>刻板的行為和認知，會導致什麼問題嗎？</p> </li> <li><p>需要改善或削弱 “刻板“ 和 ”重複“ 的行為和認知嗎？ </p> </li> <li><p>若需要去改善，可以用哪些教學方式去介入呢？</p> </li> </ol>
