<p>Back in November, I teased that I was starting a new position at my center. On December 1, I announced I was a part-time salary BCBA. I originally intended this podcast to be released that day but due to a number of issues, it kept getting pushed back.</p> <p><br></p> <p>3 months later we are finally releasing it! Truth be told that is a good thing! I know more about the position now, can truly explain my role, and help you all understand what my life looks like now! Enjoy!!</p>

<p>Peer Reviews are one of the most stressful things I have gone through as a BCBA. They make me super anxious but I have figured out some tips that help.
