<p>今回は不動産についてお話をします。</p> <p><br></p> <p>住む場所というのは、衣食住の3大必要事項の住にあたる訳ですが、この住む場所というのは大きく分けて2つ、持ち家か賃貸かと分かれます。</p> <p><br></p> <p>不動産に関する記事や本を読むと「あなたは持ち家派？それとも賃貸派？」という問いかけをよく見かけます。</p> <p><br></p> <p>持ち家派か賃貸派というのは、その人の経済的状況、住んでいる場所、その他の環境などによって考えはバラバラだと思います。</p> <p><br></p> <p>個人でも不動産経営をしている私の考えから、持ち家と賃貸のメリット・デメリットをお話したいと思います。</p> <p><br><br></p>

<p>今回は自分の趣味の一つの筋トレについて話します。</p> <p><br></p> <p>筋トレには大きく分けて2つの種類があります。</p> <p>一つは自分の体重を使って行う「自重トレーニング」</p> <p>もう一つはダンベルなどを使って行う「ウェイトトレーニング（加重トレーニング」</p> <p><br></p> <p>この2種類ですが、お互いにメリット・デメリットがあります。</p> <p>今回は自重トレ、ウェイトトレのメリット・デメリットについてご紹介します。</p> <p><br><br></p>

<p>皆さん、こんにちわ、こんばんわ。</p> <p>これは私の初めてのポッドキャストの投稿になります。</p> <p>まず初めに私の自己紹介をしたいと思います。</p> <p>名前はアロワナ0514と言います。</p> <p>現在住んでいるのは東南アジアのタイという国です。</p> <p>2000年からタイに住んでいるので、かれこれ23年になります。</p> <p>タイでは会社員をする傍ら、家族で不動産の運営もしています。</p> <p>趣味について2つ話します。</p> <p>1つ目は筋トレです。</p> <p>健康維持を目的として筋トレを15年ぐらい前から続けています。</p> <p>大会に出るのが目的ではないので、マッチョな体を目指している訳ではなく、</p> <p>ほどよい体型を維持できればいいかなと思っている程度です。</p> <p>筋トレをする時間は朝にやっています。</p> <p>だいたい朝の4時から1時間ほど筋トレをしてから、出かけるというルーチンが10年ほど続いています。</p> <p>もう1つの趣味はアロワナの飼育です。</p> <p>子供のころからアロワナという古代魚が好きで飼いたいなと思っていました。</p> <p>今は7本の水槽をつかって、合計13匹のアロワナを飼っています。</p> <p>アロワナが好きなので、SNSでの名前もアロワナ0514と名乗っています。</p> <p>ちなみに0514というのは5月14日の意味で、自分の誕生日です。</p> <p>Podcastではタイで生活している中で感じたことなどを皆さんに共有できればいいなと思って初めてみました。</p> <p>以上が私の自己紹介となります。</p> <p>それでは皆さん、どうぞよろしくお願いします。</p> <p><br><br></p>
