As always, I love to explore the evolution of sacred self care for humans in this time - we keep choosing to become more of who we truly are and it keeps shifting. It’s challenging and exciting and sometimes frustrating.

This episode is a fine tuning of our capacity for change, presence, and focus as pure love beings in this time. We all have a role in this symphony of light, one that is being heard and played throughout the cosmos.

The metaphor of riding the wild horses was inspired by my friend Erin’s vision, and the poem below came forward in me;

“Ride

The English language lists just 127 synonyms for love

Beloved, let’s ride the wild horses into the infinite ways you know we can taste it

Your hair streaming wild, your eyes bright with wonder
as you lead the world into that freedom

So it is”

We’re the riders of these horses and we are riding into more of ourselves, feeling exhilarated, maybe scared, full of wonder and yet we are also holding the reins because we DO have the instructions in our own hearts. That makes it even more important than ever to trust your heart, pay attention and be fully present with yourself first. The invitation is to become ever more impeccable with yourself and become aware of how the outside information (bafflegab) makes you feel. Does your heart open and soar or are you left being intrigued entirely by your mind which is subject to programs, distraction and diversions?

A loving reminder to take the reins and choose the horse you are riding into the next evolution for yourself, and, for what you truly want to see in this world.

Find more podcast info and episodes through our show page; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/

This episode is a hybrid of the last episode, “Let the Waters Settle Beloved” and Episode 157 “Releasing caterpillar ways to embody the butterfly.”

Continuing with the powerful metaphor of the evolution of caterpillar into butterfly and how it relates to where we are right now as humanity.

Exploring how we invite in the new when we really don’t know what that will look like or how we will be without all the old modalities, practices, people and places that have populated our reality to date.

Our caterpillar style living was perfect for us in the past, but many of us are hearing the call to move and evolve by creating the personal alchemy necessary to evolve. Just like the caterpillar, we need to release what we have been, the ways we have known in order to be-come, to expand into what is next for ourselves, and for humanity. It’s time.

It’s time to listen to our heart’s instructions even though our minds don’t know what will happen next. Beginning by noticing what is feeling depleting and static in our lives, moving into the stillness of our own hearts to take stock of what needs to release, and finally, choosing to embody less of the old (caterpillar), and more of what is next (butterfly).

This is an invitation to listen to your own heart and ask, show me the beauty beyond the beauty I thought I knew.

Visit the podcast show page for all episodes; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/

In this episode host Christine Pensa explores how we can move through the polarity of solution and problem with more ease and grace. It’s been a trope that we don’t truly change until a problem, a dis-comfort or a dis-ease comes up in our lives. Then we set out to “solve” it. That’s not necessarily where we get tripped up, but we often use the energy of “trying” or “solving” something, which puts us on the same frequency (and in direct polarity) with what we originally perceived as a difficulty in our lives.

If we continue to loop with a “problem” in polarity, then we get trapped on a disempowering frequency, where the solution we crave continues to evade us.

Rather than walking a never-ending loop, we are called to sit in the stillness of ourselves to find the clarity that our own source medicine holds. “Let the waters settle beloved, for it is then you will find the clarity you crave.” In that space we begin to recognize the limitations we have taken on as though it is our own story and even believe it is written in stone. It is time to free ourselves from thought forms we perceived as solid and release them from our beautiful bodies by embodying the medicine we are here to be. Igniting our superpower of choosing to take whatever action is needed in a more efficient and streamlined way.

When we align with that sweet spot within and let the waters settle, when we allow our own source medicine, we invite ourselves to become something organic, new, and at the same time, infinitely more of who we have always been.

Thank you for listening and thank you for sharing the podcast.
Our show page for more is; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/
