<p> 北海道新幹線の札幌延伸の時期をめぐり、建設主体の鉄道・運輸機構などが2030年度末の予定を正式に断念することが分かりました。<br> 現在、新函館北斗・札幌間を建設中の北海道新幹線は、札幌延伸の時期を2030年度末としていましたが、31年度以降に延期される見通しです。<br> 関係者によりますと、建設主体の鉄道・運輸機構などが来週にも発表する方向で調整しています。<br> 新たな延伸時期の目標は示されないとみられます。<br> 札幌延伸をめぐっては、後志地方の倶知安町・ニセコ町間の羊蹄トンネルの工事が巨大な岩などの影響で難航し、4年遅れるなどしていました。</p>

<p> 4月13日、岩見沢市で3歳の女の子が車にひかれ死亡した事故で、運転手の男は車の発進時に女の子をひいたとみられることが分かりました。<br> 13日午後5時半ごろ、岩見沢市志文町の市道で、近くに住む３歳の久保明莉ちゃんがワンボックスカーにひかれ死亡しました。<br> 警察は車を運転していた岩見沢市の会社員・相笠拓斗容疑者(25)を過失運転致死の現行犯で逮捕しました。<br> 相笠容疑者は「ぶつかったことは間違いない」と話していて、車の発進時に明莉ちゃんをひいたとみられます。<br> 現場の明莉ちゃんのそばにはペダルのない自転車に似た遊具があり、警察が事故の詳しい状況を調べています。</p>

<p> 4月13日夜遅く、札幌ススキノの路上で、男性が男４人から暴行を受け、現金を奪われ負傷する強盗致傷事件がありました。男４人は現在も逃走中です。<br> 事件があったのは、札幌市中央区南８条西５丁目の路上です。<br> 13日午後11時半ごろ、事件を目撃した人が「５人がもめている」と交番に届け出ました。<br> 警察によりますと、現場を歩いていた札幌の40代の男性が、近づいてきた黒っぽい服を着た４人組の男に突然、頭を蹴られて負傷し、現金約１万8000円を奪われました。<br> 男性は頭から出血しましたが、命に別条はありません。<br> ４人組の男は今も逃走中で、警察は強盗致傷事件として行方を追っています。</p>
