義式脆餅。是我們疫情前做到手軟而且幾乎沒被打槍過的明星產品。 餅皮抹上橄欖油、大蒜、羅勒青醬、起司、香料然後烤到焦香脆。 上桌時，客人用裝著凱薩醬的碟子輕敲脆餅，再拿起碎塊沾食。 簡單來說就是新鮮版的多力多滋。 一直都是小館開幕時，客人必點的餐點之一。 但是隨著員工慢慢離開，個人也無力繼續生產。 錄音的前兩天，還有客人打來詢問，但早在5年前就已經停售。 不過世事難料，以後也可能會再相見。 來聽聽義式脆餅的故事吧。 當初的口味: 1.帕瑪森羅勒。2.番茄香料起司。3.大蒜起司香料 BON APPÉTIT -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
