The Back in the Saddle group career coaching scheme was launched in 2024 and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from its first cohort. We invited coachee, Vicky Jux, to share her experience of being part of this initiative, which is free to member and open to vets and nurses who are over 5 years qualified. The impact of this coaching on those involved is seemingly more far-reaching than anyone expected! Applications are open until Wednesday 21 May for our second cohort, apply today! https://form.asana.com/?k=YgbV0AP4QenGbWwdtIpXcQ&d=11947487954206
