<p>精神障碍、抑郁症、ADHD等词汇，正在成为当代语境中的常见概念，但当这些障碍真正影响到一个人正常生活甚至生存时，社会又为他们提供了什么？</p><p>以日本为例，2022年官方数据显示，精神障碍者已达614万人，智力障碍者超126万人，且人数持续上升。在他们顺利融入社会职场的背后，有什么样的人和制度在提供支援保障呢？</p><p>本期邀请在日本从事障碍者就労支援的Angela，分享她如何通过课堂培训与实习机制，协助障碍者逐步走向职场，也带我们看到这一群体与社会之间鲜少被关注的连接点。</p><p>部分内容为保护隐私已做模糊处理。</p>

<p>她是一位东京动物救助志愿者，救助经历长达十余年，大家叫她「あゆみ」（阿悠米）桑。</p> <p>每周日下午，她都会在日本的埼玉县川口车站帮助猫咪寻找领养人。现场放置猫咪的设施被装饰得亲切可爱，上前查看的行人络绎不绝，但是志愿者们自己的生活，却是另外一副光景......</p> <p>在东京救助动物有什么样的难处？中国留学生抛弃猫狗的行为又带来了什么社会影响？あゆみ桑对此不仅有深刻的体会，还有许多想对大家说的话。</p>
