<p>こんにちは、兵庫県小野市にて、<a href="https://kokoro-ono.com/">こころ鍼灸整骨院 </a>を開業しています院長の作尾大介です。</p><p><br></p><p>2月末から3月にかけて、季節の変わり目ということもあり、寒暖の差が激しくなっています。</p><p>このような気温の変化が激しくなると、増えてくる症状が<strong>寝違え</strong>です。</p><p>先週は2名、寝違えの患者さんが</p><p> </p><p>「２日前から寝違えて首が回らない」</p><p>「寝違えで動くだけで首や背中が痛くて、後ろを振り返れない...」</p><p> </p><p>と、ご予約をいただきました。</p><p> </p><p>私も寝違いを経験したことがあります。寝違えの痛みは耐え難いものですよね…</p><p>さらに、寝違えたまま仕事や家事、育児をこなすとなると、首や背中をスムーズに動かすこともできないため、いつもよりも数倍の疲労を伴うことになります。</p><p> </p><p>ですので、この度は<strong>寝違え（寝違い）の対処法をまとめました。</strong></p><p>この度の内容を取り組んでいただくことによって、寝違えによる首や背中の痛みを早く和らげていくことが可能です。</p><p>もし、寝違え（寝違い）にお困りでしたら、ぜひ最後まで音声をお聞きください。</p><p> </p>
