<p>这是波咕思考笔记的第一期播客，我是波咕。</p><p>今天我们来解读一本研究“人如何养成习惯”的书——《福格行为模型》（《Tiny Habits: The Small Changes that Change Everything》），本书作者是一位美国的人类行为科学家，斯坦福大学的兼职教授B.J.
