<p>皆さんこんにちは、Shioriです:)</p><p>突然ですが、給与交渉はしたことってありますか？</p><p>先日、ドキドキしながらも、給与交渉したので、そのお話をさせて頂きました。</p><p><br></p><p>今までの人生を振り返っても、主張や交渉をしないがために何も変化がなかったこともあり、「言えばよかったな」と思うことも多々ありました。</p><p>今回の給与交渉の経験を振り返って、やっぱり「言ったもん勝ち」「言わなきゃ損」「とりあえず粘ってみる」みたいなマインドをあたらめて感じました。</p><p><br></p><p>アメリカでは、特にキャリアにおいて考えられないくらいポジティブで自信満々な人がいて、いつもそのマインド欲しい、、、と思っています。</p><p><br></p>
