אני מיכל אדרעי מטפלת באומנות ומדריכת הורים. בחרתי לעשות פודקאסט על פרידות ממקום אישי ומקצועי. אחרי 10 שנים ברילוקשיין עם הרבה חוויות פרידה ומפגשים עם אנשים שעברו פרידות הבנתי שחשוב מאד לדבר על זה! אין מי שלא עבר לפחות פרידה כואבת אחת, פרידה משמעותית ולעיתים פרידה משנה חיים כי זה טבעם של פרידות. בשיחות אישיות עם אנשים משמעותיים אני מדברת על תהליכים, על הכנה לפרידה ולמה כל כך חשוב לדעת להפרד. הפודקאסט מיועד לכל אחד ואחת שחוו פרידות ורוצים לדבר על זה, להקשיב מה עובר על אנשים אחרים וכיצד כל אחד ואחת מתמודדים בדרכם.

<p>הפרק הזה הוקלט לפני כמה חודשים ואני מרגישה שדווקא בימים אילו הוא יכול להוות הסתכלות מעניינת וחשובה על תהליכי פרידות. בפרק הזה אני מראיינת את שרון בלוך שהגדירה את עצמה, בת אדם אישה ואמא, חוקרת בסקרנות את גבולות התודעה , הרגש וההוויה.<br> שרון התפרסמה בזמנו כאשר חלקה עם כל עם ישראל את הפרידה צרם הילד שהיה אצלה באומנה וכמעט ואומץ על ידה עד שהגיע סבתא שלו וכל חייה השתנו. יש המון מה ללמוד משרון ומהדרך שעשתה סביב הפרידה הכל כך כואבת שחוותה. <a href="http://www.sharonbloch.co.il" rel="nofollow">www.sharonbloch.co.il</a></p>
