<p>Episode 21 welcomes an old fitness industry friend of Meisha's, Jordan Bath.</p><br><p>Jordan is 29 and the co-owner of BodyByJR which offers coaching and training in their gym and online.</p><br><p>During her competitive fitness journey as a bikini athlete, she lost her periods but really wanted to have children after getting married to Ray, her partner of 10 years. She went on a tough amenorrhea recovery journey and had 2 miscarriages along the way but now has 2 children; Melia who's 3 and Jude who's 10 months.</p><br><p>Meisha and Jordan discuss the highs and lows it took for Jordan to become a mummy, including what had to be done for her to get her menstrual cycle back.
