香港是一個商業、旅遊購物中心，又同時擁有令人神往的郊野景色，香港有四分之三是綠化地區，多年來著重大自然的保育，有豐富得令人驚歎的生物多樣性，要深度認識香港，不能不到我們的郊野造訪。 香港自然景觀豐富：海岸、岩岸、灌木林、次生林、紅樹林及溪谷河流，美景多不勝數。香港的郊野公園及自然生態保育區本來就是自然生態的寶庫，值得向海外群眾及遊客大力推廣，說好香港故事。本節目將介紹十個香港自然景點的遊覽資訊，並介紹當區的生態特色。節目將由主持人搭配專家介紹各景點的生態資訊和郊遊路線。

龍脊曾經被國際知名的旅遊指南選為「香港最佳遠足路線」之一，因為和市區距離接近，加上風景怡人，所以吸引不少遊客慕名而來。 在龍脊更可以360度遠眺四周景色，包括大浪灣、清水灣半島、赤柱等等，其中位於香港島東南部的石澳也是香港人的週末好去處。 行完龍脊之後，主持接著去到石澳挑戰攀岩活動，也請來研究岩岸生態的專家，教導他們觀察依附在岩岸上，那些微小但頑強的生物。

城門郊野公園成立於1977年，是香港其中一個早期設立的郊野公園，範圍包括大帽山、草山及針山，內裏也有城門水塘、白千層林等景點。 郊野公園內草木繁盛，有豐富多樣的生態值得我們去探索。既可以欣賞到登峰的各種蝴蝶，也可以在大城石澗中找到可愛的淡水魚。 不過稱霸城門的生物，一定要數山上群居的獼猴，僅在城門郊野公園已經有至少四個成見族群。今次由專家教主持遠距離觀察獼猴的生活習慣，並學習和獼猴們在山上共存的秘訣。

海拔253米高的龍虎山，是香港中西區一座山峰，在1998年政府才將附近一帶正式劃成龍虎山郊野公園，亦是香港面積最少的一個郊野公園。 雖然佔地比較少，但龍虎山郊野公園充滿特色，例如公園內有被列入香港二級歷史建築的松林廢堡，記錄昔日香港保衛戰的歷史。 除了人文歷史之外，公園內也有豐富的生態，在河溪範圍孕育著米蝦及溪蟹等生物。仔細觀察更會在公園內，找到豪豬、果子狸、短吻果蝠等生物的足跡。
