In this episode, Nate's good friend Jake calls in from Melbourne Australia. The guys get very real about the feelings that dads can go through and how even though those feelings may be wrong, or come from believing things that aren't true, the feelings themselves can be very real. A real man isn't someone who never feels these negative things, but is someone who overcomes them and keep fighting for their family. One of the best things to do is find someone you can talk to about these things. Also, Nate and Jake decide that the new Architects album is already internationally recognized as the Album of the Year.
