本期嘉宾是来自柏老板小组的Ella和来自Jaime小组的Angel。两位在9月的悉尼马拉松完成了人生首马，又在三周后的墨尔本马拉松获得了非常不错的成绩。Ella在墨马大幅度PB，进步了20分钟；Angel这一次轻松愉快得越过去年墨马跌倒的地方，也拿到了半马的PB。今天才知道，MRC居然有个地下组织：“坡妞小分队”，她们一起SLR，诚信630，想加入这个小分队请赶紧留言申请吧！
