This months show takes us up to Oregon for a typically laid back, and supremely weird "event". It goes without saying: You will like this!!! Halftime gives us a glimpse of a global superstar preparing for tour... 1970's style. Have a great time with this one! This months show is a nice sample of what the band was up to in the Spring of 1989. Often over-looked by its big brothers, the Summer and Fall, this tour shows the band was already on a tear when Summer came around. Halftime has a fun few moments with the David Nelson Band, with Bob Weir playing the role of David Nelson. Enjoy this months show!!! A great show from an epic era of Grateful Dead, when every night was something new and very exciting... an era of amazing Dark Star's and other worldly Other One's... The Fall of 1972! "Bob" brings in some Gregg Allman for halftime, and this months show is a sure-fire pleaser in any household! Enjoy! GRATEFUL DEAD September 24, 1972 Palace Theatre Waterbury,, CT SOURCE: Soundboard / Cass1 HALFTIME: Gregg Allman April 8, 1974
