Där är det strategiska arbetet avgörande.</p><p>Vi pratar om de enorma samhällsproblem med väpnat våld vi ser just ju och Carin berättar om hur hon ser på det som görs, men borde gjorts tidigare. Vi pratar om vikten av att ses som en resurs och inte ett problem, om att olika erfarenheter verkligen berikar en arbetsplats och om att hela samhället behöver förstå att vi kan vara med och förändra. Hur ska vi få unga att tro att deras röster räknas?
