The Stooges van ser un grup sense gaire �xit a la seva �poca de finals dels 60 i inicis dels 70 que, no obstant, van deixar un llegat imprescindible per entendre el punk, que es consolidaria amb The Ramones i The Sex Pistols a mitjans de la d�cada. El seu segon disc, del 1970, �s una obra mestra, el disc preferit de gent com Joey Ramone, Nick Cave o Steve Albini.
