今の時代、一つの会社に30〜40年、定年退職まで勤め抜くというよりは、好きな事を好きな時にやれる、又はやりやすくなった時代。 つまり、好きな事があればあるほど、今後の人生において、自分の経験値が増える。 むしろやりたい事がないともったいない時代。 不動産屋の僕は、将来娘と鮨屋をやるというアホな野望があり、本業の不動産屋をやりながら、絶賛お鮨を握る修行の身。 1年後3年後5年後、自分が何をしていたいのか、 少なくとも何をしていたら面白そうかをこの新年のタイミングで考えてみて、それに向かって動いてみる事が大事です！ 具体的に動いたすべての道が、全て正解なはず！ ◆FPオフィス宝者 https://www.fp-office-takaramono.com/

不動産価格の高騰は、肌で感じる方も多いと思うが、日本の不動産は海外から比べると、まだまだ安いのはご存知だろうか。 少し前までは、中国の方が日本の不動産を爆買いしていたが、 最近はヨーロッパ、香港やシンガポールなど、東南アジアからもその流れが来ている。 海外の不動産は、利回りが2%前後。 日本は東京都心部でも4％〜5％の物件もまだまだある。 それに加えて、この円安で、お買い得がさらに増している。 どう考えても損をする可能性はほとんどないという見方。 マンションは住まいという器だけでなく、投資対象としての側面も強まってきている。 ◆FPオフィス宝者 https://www.fp-office-takaramono.com/
