<p>近年は女性スタッフが増えているといわれる芸能界ですが、家庭との両立の難しさや男女の賃金格差など、まだまだ女性がフル活躍できる環境とはいえません。賃金・雇用担当の総理大臣補佐官として、＜女性の職業生活における活躍推進プロジェクト＞を進めてこられた矢田稚子総理大臣補佐官をお招きし、芸能界を含めた様々な業界で、どうしたらもっと女性が活躍できるのかを考えました。（収録日：2024年9月25日）</p>
