<p>最近关于离婚冷静期有很多说法，有人提议取消离婚冷静期条款，离婚程序延宕或增加社会不稳定因素。我看评论区好多人说，建议增加结婚冷静期，也有人说，自己的姐姐就是在冷静期被砍伤的，离个婚差点丢了性命。离婚冷静期，究竟是保护还是枷锁呢？</p><p>本期播客，我特意邀请到一位好朋友，北京盈科律师事务所的张蕊律师，多年以来，张蕊律师专注在婚姻家事领域，关于离婚冷静期，我们探讨了很多。聊完之后，我反而觉得，可能只有离婚程序走完之后，才能真正进入冷静期吧。接下来，我们听听专业人士是如何看待离婚冷静期的。</p><p>张蕊毕业于清华大学法律专业，硕士学位，专业功底深厚，具有8年资深律师从业经验，现在专注在婚姻家事领域，同时在私募股权投融资并购、公司治理、民商事诉讼等方面积累了丰富的经验，更能从家庭、企业、财富传承多维度帮助家企客户、高净值个人防范法律风险。</p>

<p>距离33周岁生日就差半年了，每次想到这件事，心情都不太好，不知道90后的听众朋友会不会感同身受，实际上，92年出生的我，还是会经常把自己当孩子，天天想一些不着调的事情，但是我认识了很多90后律师，在律所已经是合伙人了，而且往往已经为人父母了。</p><p>本期嘉宾就是这样一位90后的律所合伙人，来自郑州的<strong>廖梦涵</strong>律师，人称<strong>涵律</strong>，本期节目很长，我们聊了很多，包括追光者实战班、人工智能等等，但是最开始，还是不免聊了一些家常。</p>
