<p>For International Women's Day Skipper brought together the A Force of Red Rising Podcasters to discuss female representation. We talk our favourite characters, great female empowerment scenes, great female deaths, the growth of the author's writing, and what female representation looks like. We also touch on our favourite female written Sci-fi, and give some great recommendations. Lo Howlers! Our somewhat delayed 2024 Howler Bacchanal (which actually happened in January of 2025) was a blast. Join Crescent and Skipper, the hosts of the Fade To Obsidian Podcast, Salem, Primus of the Howler's Den fan discord server, Lit Escalates' own Joel Daniel Phillips (also the artist for the Red Rising interior maps) and of course the illustrious Pierce Brown for an unhinged series of questions including "which Red Rising saga character can fold a fitted sheet?" We finished the evening, as with Bacchanals past, by watching an incredible cinematic masterpiece: Santa Claus Conquers the Martians. While that section of the event is not included here, the movie is in public domain if you wish to relive the thrilling conclusion of the 2024 Howler Bacchanal. WARNING: Spoilers, adult language, and silliness lie herein.
