This episode offers a very brief “disability related”definition of DEI. So much of what we hear on this topic is an argument about a social narrative. The argument is useless unless we settle on a reasonable definition that can serve as a foundation for the discussion and since the disability community is falling squarely under the umbrella it is time we suggest a very reasonable framework for the social narrative of DEI
