<p>今天是我三十歲的生日！（這集節目是在生日前幾天錄的） <br /> <br />一直以為這天會很讓人慌張，結果邁入三十歲的感覺好像也沒什麼特別的，就只是，身體會痠痛的日子變多了，出門大概半天就想回去躺，咖啡和酒變得蠻重要，一個人可以勇敢看牙醫，自己去處理亂七八糟的各種帳單、文件和人際關係，嗯就是慢慢變成小時候覺得大人會有的樣子，但也就這樣而已。那些十幾二十歲的我，其實都還在我的身體裡，每個年紀的我都還在這個身體裡。一樣很不會吵架，一樣會懷疑自己、渴望完美，一樣沒什麼存款。 <br /> <br />這兩年變得很愛嘴上稱自己是老人，實際上還是沒感覺自己年紀變多大（可能還待在校園裡就覺得自己 ^-^ 還是個生氣的年輕人）。認真要說其實只有人生路上摔個狗吃屎的次數比那些弟妹們多一點而已…… 累積一籮筐的不順利、把自己重整無數次之後才比較知道要怎麼排解自己的焦慮，擺脫已知結果的執念，把手伸出去接住新的捧花—— 反正就是要一身傷才長大，但這樣也很好。甚至現在隨時都準備好可以繼續受傷，反正活著就是有風險（？），都可以，總之議題不可能一次徹底消失，我身上還有好多未解的議題和憂慮需要處理，我自己也知道，也比之前更知道了。現在終於能從遠一點的位置自我審查，不把自己逼得那麼緊了。再一次跟自己強調「我的感受才是最重要的」，總之，貝芬三十歲快樂！ <br /> <br />📮 留言告訴我你對這一集的想法： <a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/clyk5j50y000001zm0hlx6asi/comments" target="_blank">https://open.firstory.me/user/clyk5j50y000001zm0hlx6asi/comments</a> <br /> <br />〈穿透〉 <br /> <br />2022.05.01 <br /> <br />沈澱了一段時間 <br />我是否有任何不同 <br />到現在還是一樣擔心自己太軟弱 <br /> <br />那些溫暖又柔軟的心 <br />與其說是擁有 <br />不如說我好想住在裡頭 <br /> <br />Woo~~ 把我看透 或把我穿透 <br /> <br />只要一個擁抱就能覆蓋我的痛 <br />只要一個人告訴我並不是我的錯 <br />只要一雙眼睛讀懂我就足夠 <br />把我的黑暗穿透 <br /> <br />＊本季到此結束，感謝大家收聽。敬請期待第二季節目上線＊</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>
