我們是方煦心理諮商所的心理師，冥想、靜心、自我療癒都是我們生活中的一部分，陪伴我們面對生活中不同的課題。我們三位已經在線上進行冥想團體一年多了，每次聚會完都讓我們的身心好好充電。現在想將這些美好的經驗分享給更多的人，讓大家可以體驗到冥想的好處。 冥想的主題很多元，每個月的主題由帶領者決定，可能來自於我們的學習、體會、或是書籍內容。 每個月會上傳一個冥想錄音，大家可以依照自己的時間聽錄音練習，有什麼心得體會可以在社群中跟大家分享。 每個月帶領者會指定一個時間，邀請大家在各自的空間，同時一起聽錄音冥想，帶領者也會跟著參與，同一時間冥想的能量會依人數指數性的倍增。 冥想簡單的說就是在提升自己的頻率，常常讓自己處於高頻的狀態對自己的人生絕對會有幫助的，同時高頻的能量也會影響到身邊的人，所以冥想不止對自己、對家人、對朋友甚至對這個社會和世界都會有所助益！ 帶領者：王郁婷心理師、楊銀庭心理師、蘇彥睿心理師。 歡迎加入line共學社群：https://reurl.cc/6deb2O 方煦線上冥想共學社群 密碼：fongxu -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/" target="_blank">SoundOn</a>
