<p>一个人的人格发展会经历什么阶段呢？宋代禅宗大师青原-行思提出了自己参禅的三重境界：“参禅之初，看山是山，看水是水；禅有悟时，看山不是山，看水不是水；禅中彻悟，看山仍然山，看水仍然是水。”</p> <p>在我看来，这就是人格发展的三个阶段。从自我觉察开始，走向灵活，思维开阔，行动自如，便没有困扰了。</p>
