「小村長」 臺灣每一個鄉鎮都有不同的文化、產業、特色、故事，而每一個鄉鎮都會有一個熱愛家鄉的「小村長」，他們雖然不是真正的地方官，但他們有些人為家鄉放棄高薪回鄉蹲點，有些人在他們熱愛的城市絞盡腦汁，這些人付出時間與金錢熱心貢獻，為產業找出路、為青年謀生計、為地方喉舌，他們三頭六臂、才華洋溢，為地方譜寫出一篇篇精彩的故事，而他們就是地方上的「小村長」。 為了發掘這些人物與故事，2020年，甘樂文創成立了網路自媒體平台「小村長」。帶著過去十年發行獨立刊物「甘樂誌」的經驗與養分，我們將用同樣的精神，忠實紀錄台灣鄉鎮中，默默耕耘的地方小村長，並報導他們最前線的實戰經驗與面臨的挑戰，與實際體驗他們的故事！ 並歸納他們事業的經營策略與辦法，鏈結全台灣鄉鎭 #地方創生 #土地耕耘 團隊彼此資源交流，帶動公民參與議題討論並引領政策，齊同為台灣土地發聲。 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn

#食二糧 創立於2014年，#楊環靜 曾是一個旅遊作家，在環遊世界的過程，從傳統市場到農村生活的體驗中，發現飼養雞也能成為翻轉世界的動力！ 也開啟環她改變世界的友雞夢，請母雞來幫忙串聯人與人，土地與動物間的關係，還能減輕高齡化社會壓力，透過友雞的力量，讓母雞能快樂的生活，人們也能獲得健康與幸福。 環靜推廣友雞生活計畫從跨齡到跨域，透過不同對象，食二糧團隊設計不同的體驗課程，從學生到高齡者，帶給社會對於養雞有著不同美好的生活想像。 今天跟著雞校長環靜一起走訪食二糧的雞地場域，小村長來體驗一日雞班長，要從健康餵食照料跟打理飼養環境開始，好好跟這群母雞媽媽們培養感情。
