<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">青少年的这种非自杀性的自伤行为为什么会产生呢？其实具备了有以下这么几种特点，第一个，这种行为是为了调节情绪。有些患者通过自伤所带来的身体的痛苦，从而缓解心理上的压力，内疚，焦虑等等，甚至是耻辱感，就像前面所说的小夏的这个例子，他就说当时看到割伤的手臂流血的那一瞬间。感觉情绪得到了轻松，好像就不再那么痛苦了。第二个呢，其实来源于自我惩罚。当患者没有实现父母或者是自己的目标的时候，内心就可能会产生自责感，于是就会通过伤害自己来得到个人心理上的一种宽慰。脚下有时候在回想到自己白天什么都没有干成就开始对自己很不满意，甚至是陷入了失眠的状态。于是呢，他就会通过割伤自己的这种极端方式来进行自我惩罚。好像是只有这样他才能安心的入睡。第三种，这种行为的来源呢，是会影响到人际关系。</p>

<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">十五岁的小夏由父母带着来到了门诊。在酷热的夏天，小夏却穿着长袖的上衣，用来遮住他的手臂。原来他每当心情不好的时候，都会割伤自己的手臂，从而呢，他导致了手臂上布满了新伤旧痕。那通过门诊和精神科的检查，医生确诊小夏患有抑郁症，自伤行为其实是抑郁症的一种临床表现。小夏割伤手腕不是为了自杀，而是为了缓解抑郁情绪，那么临床上就称这种行为叫做非自杀性自伤行为。其实近些年来啊，青少年的抑郁症患者发病率越来越高，很多的患者都伴有这种非自杀性的自伤行为。那么，如何认识和应对这些行为呢？今天我们就来了解一下非自杀性的自杀行为，其实就是指个体在没有明确自杀意图的情况下。故意的，反复的改变或者伤害自己身体组织的一种行为。</p>
