Die glotzenden Zimbelaffen Lea, Micha und Janno machen sich auf eine neue Reise rund um die Filmwelt und schauen sich in der neuen Connection "Monks around the world" an, wie und warum es verschiedenste Mönche auf die große Leinwand geschafft haben. In dieser Episode geht es in den fernen Osten, nach Hong Kong. Dort, wo einst die Shaw Brothers das knallharte Filmgeschäft beherrschten, brachten es so manche Menschen zu einiger Bekanntheit - entsprechendes Talent vorausgesetzt. Letzteres hat Stephen Chow ganz sicher, wie er unter anderem mit "Liebesgrüße aus Peking" und dem Welthit "Kung Fu Hustle" unter beweis stellte. Heute soll aber um mittlerweile gratis bei Netzkino verfügbaren "Shaolin Soccer" gehen, bei dem Chow in Personalunion als Hauptdarsteller, Regisseur, Drehbuchautor, Produzent und Actionchoreograph strahlen durfte.
