台灣的總用電量仍在飛速成長中。「漲電價」的剎車踩下去，需要七年才能完全發揮效果。剎車力道要踩幾分、天然氣要花多久時間走過橋，我們才得以走進「淨零排放」的世界？讓「橋接」成為可能，從現在開始吧！ ❣️本集內容來自「媽媽氣候行動聯盟」委託研究❣️ 🧐【註】超級細心的聽眾可能會發現我們提到的電價與現行電價有微小的差距。這是因為本研究的執行期間為2023年中到2024年初，我們採用的是2022年底的電價資料。 根據經濟部電價費率審議會的慣例，每年4月與10月會各調整一次電價。 △2023年上半年平均電價調漲11%。其中工業大戶調漲17%，中型企業平均調漲10%，小商店、農漁、學校不漲，家戶僅調漲最高級距費率。 △2023年下半年原則上不調漲，但取消COVID流行期間給予百貨、電影院、健身房、餐飲等產業的凍漲優惠，恢復正常計價。 △2024年上半年平均電價調漲11%。用電大戶漲幅最高，中小企業平均漲14%，住宅與小商店平均調漲3%~10%，主要針對高級距，九成家戶漲幅在5%以下。 △2024年下半年產業電價平均上漲12.5%，以工業用電為主。小商店、家戶維持原價。 這兩年的電費調整思維與共力研究建議的政策方向大致相近。我們希望經濟部與台電能繼續保持，甚至更加積極地促使產業提高用電效率，並重視大中小型企業與家戶在能源支出上不同的適應能力。如果有後續研究，我們也會分享給大家。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
