After years of testing products and consuming conflicting information on what is ‘natural’ and ‘healthy’, I have finally figured out a lifestyle that works well for my family and me. And my heart is to help you figure out the same for you and yours. From non toxic cookware, to healthy meals to natural skin care, we’ll be covering it all in bite-size, easy to digest (literally and figuratively!) episodes, so you can make the swaps that are right for YOU. Here, we believe in progress perfection. My mission is to help you not necessarily find the ‘perfect’ solution, because that isn’t maintainable for anyone, but to guide you to the ‘best’ alternatives that are sustainable to your lifestyle. Because, trust me, I get it. I’m a mom with a full schedule of running my kids to practice, music lessons, and just trying to get dinner on the table - so finding healthy swaps that work within a full lifestyle is key! But I’ve done it and I'm here to make it more attainable, doable, and FUN. Tune in each week as I cover different topics that are top of mind to YOU. <p>I’m so excited to share this two part series with you on Holistic Dentistry!</p> <p>I had the pleasure of having my dentist on the podcast, Dr. Rebecca Taylor.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> She is the queen of holistic and biological dentistry and is sharing so many nuggets in these episodes.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> We split the episode into two chunks so you could really digest all she has to share. I’v personally experienced such great results from her practice and can’t wait for you up level your oral health with her knowledge as well.</p> <p>Dr. Taylor is the lead dentist at <a href= "https://www.o2dontics.com">O2Dontics</a> and the owner of <a href= "https://greencitydental.com">Green City Dental</a>, conducting airway, TMJ, and sleep screenings along with comprehensive diagnostic exams that consider whole-body health holistically. Her goal is to treat people, function, and root causes – not just teeth or symptoms.</p> <p>With a background in molecular biology and dentistry from UC Santa Barbara and the University of the Pacific, Dr. Taylor is accredited in safe mercury removal, board-certified in naturopathy and integrative biologic dental medicine, and certified in ozone, myofunctional, and functional orthodontic therapies. This comprehensive training allows collaborative, individualized treatment plans focused on total mouth and body health.</p> <p>She has developed a passion for treating crowded teeth and sleep apnea/airway issues, becoming a top provider of Myobrace and DNA/Vivos systems on the West Coast. Drawing from biological dentistry, functional medicine, cranial-sacral therapy, and orthodontics, she utilizes an interdisciplinary protocol for jaw development and sleep apnea.</p> <p><strong>In this episode She’s sharing:</strong></p> <p>1.
