<p>No episódio do SocialCast, Cláudia Grammatico e Rafael Moredo, alunos de Ciências Sociais da FGV-CPDOC, analisam o filme Que Horas Ela Volta? (2015) sob a ótica dos sociólogos Max Weber e Georg Simmel. O filme, que retrata a relação entre uma empregada doméstica e a família de classe média para a qual trabalha, é usado para explorar as tensões de classe e a desigualdade social no Brasil. A partir das teorias de Weber sobre ação social e dominação, os apresentadores discutem como a relação entre Val e seus patrões reflete uma estrutura de poder tradicional, enquanto a filha de Val, Jéssica, representa um desafio a essas normas, sinalizando mudanças sociais e o colapso de valores tradicionais. </p>
