En la conferencia de Bessel Van der Kolk le hicieron una pregunta; ¿qué hacer con pacientes tan disociados que no sienten el cuerpo? Bessel respondió "acompañarlos a sentir el cuerpo, gentilmente". Uso este espacio para contestarlo desde mi experiencia, junto con una pequeña propuesta para quienes tienen el mismo problema con "escanear el cuerpo de cabeza a los pies". ¿Te sucede lo mismo?

Explico un poquito un "realization" (darse cuenta) que me emocionó mucho en mi proceso. Pero después de ver la grabación vi que no expliqué suficiente el término de nivel y eficiencia mental. Espero no haberles confundido. Lo retomaré en otro video 😊
