<p>酷暑又如约而至了。</p> <p>每到夏日，长久且炫目的日照让我们蠢蠢欲动，总想做些尽情尽兴的事，比如不顾一切跳入海中。今天我们聊的这部电影《奈德》里就是一个疯狂的想法，60岁的女人跳进大海游过一段史诗般的旅程。</p> <p>而这是一个真实的故事。</p> <p>借着《奈德》（Nyad）这部电影，我们聊了关于梦想、友谊、勇气和不放弃，这些永远闪闪发光的词。人到60岁，奈德用完成一项史无前例的马拉松游泳挑战，可能既可以说是对岁月流逝的不屈，对早年伤害的治疗，也是响应梦想的感召。当然人会受伤，伤害来自鲨鱼水母恶劣天气的话，科学知识有所帮助，伤害也会来自人，友情、善意和信任会有所帮助，但最终游过风浪的还得是自己。</p> <p>又到夏天，游泳健将小猴在不懈的坚持每周游泳，而游泳初学者蘑菇是也不放弃的在学习游泳。亲爱的朋友，你也在这个夏天跳进泳池了吗？</p> <p>片头片尾曲：the sound of silence - simon&garfunkel</p>
