<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">1982年<span>5</span>月，重编《中华大藏经》（汉文部分）在任继愈所长的倡议下，被国务院古籍整理出版规划小组列为国家的重点项目，并出巨资支持这一项目的展开。笔者有幸在任继愈所长的领导下，参与了这一国家项目的筹备和全过程的编辑工作；本书的合著者何梅副研究员亦自<span>1982</span>年<span>9</span>月起正式成为这一编辑队伍的成员，并坚持至《中华大藏经》正编完成。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;">重编《中华大藏经》是新中国建国以来，佛教文献整理与研究的国家级重大的课题，也是老一代佛教学者积压胸中多年的宿愿。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;"><span>本书对</span><span>汉文佛教大藏经的概念及研究范围</span><span>进行了诠释，论述了</span><span>汉文佛教大藏经形成的历史及其历史文化价值</span><span>，对自北宋版《开宝藏》至今天的《中华藏》等近30种汉文佛教大藏经版本进行考察，论述了它们的雕刊始末、收录内容及特点与优劣。可以说，本书是迄今汉文佛教大藏经研究的一部最完备，也是最系统的论著，是一项具有总结意义的研究成果。</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;"><span>本书共分十四章，前两章总论汉文佛教大藏经的内容、历史文化价值及其形成的历史；自第三章始逐部考论历代诸版大藏经的雕刊始末、收录内容，并论述它们的特点与优劣。<br /></span></p>
