Wir leben in einer komplexen, sich beständig wandelnden Welt. Um diese Veränderungen besser zu verstehen, werden wir in diesem Podcast aus zwei Perspektiven auf die tiefgreifenden Transformationen in Gesellschaft und Kirche blicken: einer sozialwissenschaftlichen und einer theologischen. Man könnte auch sagen, der Podcast beschäftigt sich sowohl mit Herzen, also einzelnen Menschen und ihrer Innenperspektive aber auch mit den Systemen in denen wir leben und die uns mehr prägen als wir manchmal wahrnehmen. <p>Wer Wandel gestalten möchte, muss wissen, wie Wandel „funktioniert“. Hierzu spricht Tobias Künkler mit Stefan Jung und Raban Daniel Fuhrmann. Prof. Dr. Stefan Jung lehrt, forscht und berät zu den Themen Organisation und Führung. Er baute als Gründungskanzler die CVJM-Hochschule mit auf, wo er Professor für Management und Organisation ist und ist Gründungsgesellschafter der Public One GmbH, Berlin. Dr. Raban Daniel Fuhrmann begleitet als lokal, national und international tätiger Verfahrensexperte Reformprozesse in Politik, Wirtschaft und Zivilgesellschaft. <p>Was braucht es für Haltungen, Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten um in einer sich immer schneller und teils tiefgreifend verändernden Gesellschaft Transformation gestalten zu können? Über diese Frage kommt Tobias Künkler mit Stini Büchle und Wolfgang Arzt ins Gespräch. Kristina (Stini) Büchle lebt in Hamburg und arbeitet als Fresh X Gründerin im dortigen Erzbistum. Darüber hinaus engagiert sie sich als Praxisdozentin im Master Transformationsstudien und in der Gemeindegründung GoldOst. Wolfgang Arzt ist Praxiskoordinator im Master Transformationsstudien und hat vielfältige Berufserfahrungen in der Bildungs- und Jugendarbeit.</p>

<p>Kirche macht Männer groß. Und Männer haben diesen Status über Jahrhunderte genutzt in Theologie, Gesellschaft, Wirtschaft und Politik. Dann kam die Frauenbewegung und alles wurde gut. Ja? Nein sagt die Theologin Sabrina Müller und erklärt warum der strukturelle Sexismus tief verankert ist und dass es manchmal sehr schwierig ist für Frauen und der Soziologe Tobias Künkler pflichtet ihr bei und spricht von einer tiefen strukturellen Diskriminierung.
