<p>Welcome back everyone, to the Hike’s Peak podcast, thank you for coming back to the mountain! With the offseason in full swing, there’s a ridiculous amount of movement to cover. Most notably, Richard Pitino is leaving New Mexico for Xavier after four seasons. We’ll break down his legacy, as well as introducing New Mexico’s newest head coach, Eric Olen from UC San Diego. Colorado State also hired a new showrunner, promoting Ali Farokhmanesh to head coach, so we’ll touch on that as well. We’ll end the show with a big time portal update, with stars like Donovan Dent, Dedan Thomas Jr, and Obi Agbim all finding new homes, as well as tabbing the top 5 mountain west players who are still in the portal.
