Hey Searcher! Welcome to the Iamstuffed_podcast! I founded Iamstuffed over 3 years ago during my time in college. With the goal to help as many people as possible as a dietitian. I have helped with building muscle, weightgain/lose, cholestrol-,diabetic- and hormone problems and so much more! But my ❤️ is really with people who struggle with their relationship with food, body and their thoughts. I know how hard it can be. With this podcast I am trying to support you with recovering from your habits & thoughts. Go to iamstuffed.nl for consultations and blogs. You can DM to @iamstuffed_com.

In this interview, I am interviewing Abel on his thoughts regarding the victim role and the mentality a person with a eating disorder can take on during the time that they have an eating disorder and feel like a victim. Abel himself is recovering from an eating disorder. And is just out of his eating disorder. He’s also into a strength training. He is an experience expert. And shares his view on what it was to be a victim and how it is to be recovered now.

I think this episode is a nice reflection of what is wrong with society when it comes down to the range of emotions that females get in society. And it is definitely correlated to your eating disorder. Because if your voice doesn’t get a voice. Then it’s going to find its voice in food.

You think you’re smart by over exercising and trying to delay your weight gain. But believe me, your body is smarter. This actually happened to me and a lot of clients when we started our recovery. Less is more and that’s the case when it comes down to exercising. Listen to this episode if you want to know how to heal your disruptive hormone balance during an eating disorder. If you are a person, of course that has the tendency to move a lot.

In this episode, i’m not giving any advice around food and a hormone balance. Just around movement.
