Do you want to learn how an Android device can be used by the blind? iBUG advanced members, Ava Carruth and Harshid Trivedi, facilitate the Android Insight training session. The training is open to anyone desiring to become more proficient at using the Android accessibility features of Google's operating system, which can be used on many different devices. Recorded live on the third Wednesday of the month, 7:00 to 8:30 PM Central Time.

Firefox -with Firefox you can use dark reader; Dark reader is a browser extension that you can put it in dark mode; Samsung Internet- color inversion, works well with Able to share links; Firefox works well across all platforms as well as chrome; Firefox will sync across all devices; Microsoft Edge with the immersive reader Edge works on more pages; The read out loud feature is built into edge; Edge works with Talkback; There are some differences in how you do certain features; Most works fine With Chrome, it syncs across devices; You can download reader mode and set gestures for it; You can use the tutorial to practice gestures How to turn Talkback on and off? Hold down the volume down and up key, When you turn Talkback off, if you are using the hide screen, it will turn the screen back on; For the first time use, hold the volume keys down for 3 seconds; With Samsung, Bixby will turn talkback on or off, It will do it on the phone, tablet, and watch Pixel hold the volume keys down for 1 to 2 seconds. </strong></p> <p><strong> page 2</strong></p> <p><strong>Samsung has a alternative to use, Press the volume up and the power button; Gemini is available on all phones, Google assistance will not turn on Samsung talkback but will turn on google talkback; Google assistance will turn on either talkback with the watch, the command is 3 taps on the button to turn on. If you are a talkback user already, when you setup the watch for the first time, it will take the settings from your phone; You can turn off spoken feedback with turning speech off, but leaving talkback on.</strong></p> <p><strong>Where does everybody sit on which device they prefer?
