<p>Dr. Kelley's recent use with a new wearable technology is used as an example to demonstrate how tech tools can provide insights previously unavailable to us to assist in informing our health.</p> <p>Following the episode, Dr. Kelley used Open AI's ChatGPT to ask, "what are the top 5 fitness wearables on the market". The response from ChatGPT 4o listed: </p> <p>* Apple Watch Series 10</p> <p>* Samsung Galaxy Watch 6</p> <p>* Garmin Forerunner 265</p> <p>* Fitbit Charge 6</p> <p>* Oura Ring 4</p> <p>**these were noted as 5 leading options and were not presented in a rank order. </p> <p>Of note: The Oura Ring mentioned in the episode is the Series 4. Dr. Kelley also mentioned wearing the Apple Watch. </p> <p> </p>
