<p></p><p>ふみふみFMのERIです！</p><p> </p><p>Ｄ＆Ｉ企画部では、違う会社のメンバーがいる環境や個々の違いを個の成長や会社の成長につなげていく事を目指しており、第1回の企画として、まずはのぼりや（恵比寿オフィス）ご入居者であるKenさん・Nebashiさんのご経歴やご経験などについて、お話を聞いてみよう！ということでインタビューをさせていただきました。</p><p><br></p><p><strong>■インタビュイー</strong></p><p>・秋澤邦英さん（Kenさん）</p><p>・根橋秀州さん（Nebashiさん）</p><p>■<strong>概要</strong></p><p>お二人のプロフィール・経歴や、現職の詳しい業務内容などについて詳しくお話いただきました。</p><p>お二人からみたICHINOYAの印象や、ICHINOYAへのアドバイス等についてもメッセージを頂きました！</p><p>＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝</p><p>【番外編】NebashiさんからICHINOYAメンバーのメッセージ</p><p>（中国で仕事をして下記の様な日本との違いを感じました。強みの要素かと思います。）</p><p>1． Speed感 とにかく意思決定が速いです。</p><p>2． 日本は 石橋をたたいて渡る（壊す？）と云われる様に、何かをやろうと思うと、本当に実現できるか 検証に検証を重ねて、漸く踏み出す様な処があります。一方、中国流は 先ずやってみる、間違えたら、途中で直せば良い としてActionを起こします。</p><p>（上記 １と関係する部分です）</p><p>３．又、日本は とかく自己完結、全てを自らの力でやり遂げよう、それが 自前の技術となり、差別化要因となり得ると考えがちですが、 </p><p>中国では 自ら足りない部分は 人に頼る、人の技術を使う、できる人を連れて来てやる、といった具合に云い方は悪いが、使えるも</p><p>のは何でも使って実現を図るという処があります。 これも、実現への Speed感に関わる部分です。</p><p>＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝</p>
