日本近年來冒出100多間威士忌酒廠,其中有很大部分都是從原來的清酒、燒酎廠轉型做威士忌,岡山蒸餾所也是。由於百年歷史的宮下酒造做清酒、燒酎和啤酒在地方非常有名,所以威士忌只小小的做,到底有多小?年產量只有6,000公升純酒精,可以說是我參觀過的酒廠中最小的一間。 小歸小,但是酒廠仍有特殊之處,怎樣特殊?就由我來說給你聽。下回如果到岡山旅遊-不是去高雄岡山吃羊肉買豆瓣醬喔,記得booking一下酒廠見學,小小的酒廠非常有趣。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
