Bundan daha Vahim durum ise, hayli bilinçsiz köpek severler, fikir beyan etmeden, sürü psikolojisiyle bu yasaya karsı çıktıklarını düşünüyorlar ve kendi aralarında bağırıp çağırıyorlar.
