銘宏老師一開始接觸昆達里尼瑜伽到感受是不舒服的，但是在不舒服的底下，他發現了自己的被支持跟轉化。Guru的祝福總是給願意承諾的人；銘宏老師在晨練之中，經歷過一個急躁的過程，而身體馬上給了他真實的回饋。我們從支持晨練的意志力探討，在意志力的底層是硬撐，還是更多的臣服。我們也分享了關於菸草上癮的旅程，還有戒菸的過程。最後我們討論了銘宏老師的繪本創作旅程。在這個孤獨且小我不斷被挑戰的過程，其實是一個漫長的心智跟靈魂拉扯的體驗，充滿了祝福跟神奇。讓我不禁覺得，美麗的體驗總是屬於不被表面迷惑，而有勇氣去更深層探索的人！而在穿越之後，同一個事件也會有截然不同的感受。 --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/kundawhat/message
